As Blue Door Consulting has recently been hiring, I’ve reviewed a lot of resumes as of late. What surprises me more than anything is the lack of cover letters that accompany those resumes. Seems to me that if you are truly trying to impress, you’d not only write a cover letter, but you’d maybe go that “extra mile” to capture my attention.Well, this particular applicant did just that. Had he sent this my way, I would most certainly have found a position for him at Blue Door Consulting!
